How It Works
Choose your meals from a weekly rotating menu. They have a trial meal plan that includes 3 meals. Other meal plans include 5 meals, 6 meals, 7 meals, 10 meals an 15 meals.
Cooking Time
2-3 minutes in the microwave. 10-15 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit
