Meals are high protein, low calorie around 508 calories each. All meals are gluten free, grain free and organic.
The meals do no contain any refined oils or refined sugars. They use only natural sweeteners and pure fats. Meal sizes are 32 oz.
In additional to they meals, they offer bowls, salads, wraps and breakfasts.
How It Works
Pick your meals and they are prepared fresh to order. They offer 5, 6, 7, 10 & 15 meal plans. Al A Carte is also available.
